Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all services provided by CryptoBuy Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through this website. These Terms define the rights and obligations between the Company and users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

The User shall use the services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. By starting to use the services, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 (Payment)
The User shall pay the displayed amount for the purchased product using one of the following payment methods: – Cryptocurrency (BTC, XRP, USDT) – Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Stripe) – Bank Transfer (Domestic/International) In case of accidental purchases or other issues, the User must contact the Company within 1 hour via email or the inquiry form. *Bank transfers are not recommended due to high fees.

Article 4 (Shipping)
Shipments are made within 3–5 business days.
A receipt from the official supplier is attached to each shipment.
All items are shipped with a tracking number.

Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges)
1. Initial defects or incorrect items:
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or provide a full refund.

2. Customer’s convenience:
If the product is unused and unopened, returns may be accepted within 7 days after delivery.
In this case, the User shall bear all shipping and handling fees.

3. Refund method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase
(credit card reversal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency transfer).

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using our services:

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to the User when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by delays, non-delivery, or damage during shipping due to reasons beyond our control.
Additionally, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
