These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all services provided by CryptoBuy Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through this website. These Terms define the rights and obligations between the Company and users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

The User shall use the services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. By starting to use the services, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 (Payment)
The User shall pay the displayed amount for the purchased product through the payment methods supported by the Company.
In case of an accidental purchase or other issues, the User must contact the Company within 1 hour via email or the inquiry form.

Article 4 (Shipping)
Shipments are made within 3–5 business days.
A receipt from the official supplier is attached to each shipment.
All items are shipped with a tracking number.

Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges)
Due to the nature of the products being internationally shipped from Japan, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of initial defects or incorrect items. If there is an issue with the product upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using our services:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

• Acts that infringe on the rights or interests of others.

The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by delays, non-delivery, or damage during shipping due to reasons beyond our control.
Additionally, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
